An amazing blend of nettle, peppermint, chamomile, passion flower, skullcap  & lavender buds. All the elements of this tea come together to make a delicious tea. Many of our customers drink this tea.

How to use: General brewing instructions: Add 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes or longer. Option: refill cup as needed
