Did you know that Water-Buffalo milk is higher in protein, fat, calcium, and magnesium when compared to cow and goat milk.  Our grass fed Buffalo receive no grain. In summer they enjoy grass, herbs and legumes on pasture. In winter an assortment of herbal hay. Non homogenized.  Pasteurized at the lowest possible temperature to meet regulations. No thickening, binding agents, or "gums" added. No artificial colours or flavours added. Cream and whey separate naturally. 

Ingredients: Pasteurized Water-Buffalo Milk, cultures.
