1 3/4 cups spelt flour
1 T baking powder
1 1/2 - 2 cups nut milk of your choice
1 t of vanilla
Toppings to choose from:
Mix all the ingredients together and combine well. You can mix in chia seeds or hemp seeds too! Pour the mixture into a frying pan (these taste amazing in a cast iron pan if you have one) over medium-high heat using 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides, serve hot and add your favourite toppings!
