Originally from Colombia, Cristina and Jaime Ramirez have lived in Canada for over 30 years. They became accustomed to buying their food from farmers’ markets and eating foods that have not been treated or modified in any way. But they noticed that much of the greens available weren’t grown that way. So, with the help of their son Santiago, they began the journey of growing their own nutrient-packed greens, that could be consumed by both young and old - in simple ways!
